Hon. Gitonga Mukunji Meets Finland Ambassador Pirkka Tapiola to Discuss Economic Partnerships and Youth Empowerment

Hon. Gitonga Mukunji paid a courtesy call to Pirkka Tapiola, Ambassador of Finland, to discuss the strengthening of economic partnerships between Finland and Kenya, with a particular focus on creating opportunities for the youth of Manyatta Constituency. The high-level meeting explored avenues for collaboration in areas such as education, entrepreneurship, and technology, aiming to equip young people with the skills and resources necessary for global competitiveness.


The discussion also underscored the importance of fostering investments in Manyatta Constituency, leveraging Finland’s expertise in sustainable development and innovation to drive economic growth at the grassroots level. Hon. Mukunji emphasized the need to empower local enterprises, create job opportunities, and enhance technical training programs to prepare young people for evolving market demands.
